Ecomare funding approved from EEA

We are very pleased to announce that our proposal ECOmARe is awarded for funding from “EEA Norway business innovation for Greece”   starting on June 23. The project “Innovative ICT-based platform for emission control and fuel optimization in the marine sector (EcoMaRE)” with a total investment of 755,500 euros, concerns the development of an innovative cloud-based ICT marine performance platform for emission control management and fuel optimization in marine transport. The EcoMaRE platform will develop a system that will communicate with ship engines to autonomously adjust their operation based on certain requirements and regulations in order to achieve optimization in terms of fuel consumption, energy efficiency and emissions.
